About Dr Heptonstall

Dr WB Heptonstall spent over 30 years as a scientist at the University of Edinburgh, where he researched and lectured in Geology. In addition he taught and researched areas related to the School of Engineering. He holds BSc(Hons) and MSc degrees, as well as a PhD awarded by the University of Manchester. He has published many academic papers, and is the inventor of two issued patents in the field of sustainable energy.
